Please Note: A minimum number of four guests is required to reserve a weekend
and for a weekend to take place - We will take all reservations but if the minimum
number of registrants does not meet or exceed four guests the group is
responsible for the cost of the extra spots until the minimum of four is met or The
Scrapbook Resort will try to match your group with another to meet the minimum
requirement. If necessary each guest has the option of transferring to another
weekend to meet the minimum required.

How do I register for a retreat?
It’s easy, review the schedule on the website, choose a date that will work for you and either e-mail or call us to set
up the reservation. We will send you the required registration form to complete and return.
What is the minimum/maximum number of guests per weekend?
There is a maximum number of eight guests per weekend and a minimum number of three. If your group does not
meet the minimum, we can help find another group to match you up with to meet the minimum. If we cannot reach
a minimum number of four guests, you have the option of transferring to another weekend or your group may
choose to split the difference of the missing guests.
What are the sleeping arrangements like?
The Scrapbook Resort has three beautiful bedrooms and three full bathrooms
The Twin Room: Two Twin Beds
The Vintage Rose Room: One Queen Bed and One Twin
The Master Retreat: One Queen and One Twin
Payment:
You MUST fill out and return the required registration form. Deposit is due within ten days of reserving a
weekend. Balance must be paid in six weeks prior to weekend taking place.

What should I bring?
Pictures, pages, adhesives, paper and any special materials for your page layouts.
Comfortable clothes, pajamas, a light jacket or sweatshirt and any personal toiletries.
You may want to bring some tennis shoes to go for a walk or hike, this is a scenic area with wonderful trails.
We will provide comfy beds, luxurious linens, fluffy pillows, soaps and shampoos.
Where should I Park?
There is plenty of parking at The Scrapbook Resort, however it is best to pull in the first driveway on the left for
ease of unloading.
May I purchase supplies at The Scrapbook Resort?
Yes, as a convenience there are very basic supplies available for purchase. Please have cash or a check
available to purchase items during your weekend. There will be order forms available to fill out as you buy – at the
end of your weekend, simply total up your order and pay the hostess.
May I Make Phone Calls?
The cell phone service in the area is not good, you will probably lose service about 15 minutes from the cabin.
Please bring a calling card to make calls from the cabin, However you may receive calls.
Is there any place to eat on the way up?
In Valencia there are many restaurants right off the 5 Freeway and Lyons, Valencia Blvd and Magic Mtn. Parkway.
In the city of Gorman which is off of the 5 Freeway 1-1/2 miles south of the Frazier Park exit there is a McDonald’s,
Carl's Jr. and a Sizzler. At the Frazier Park exit there is a Burger King, Quiznos, Subway and a Mexican Restaurant
called Los Pinos. In the town of Pine Mtn. there are also several restaurants.

Cancellation Policy The Scrapbook Resort requires 45 days advance notice to cancel your stay for a full refund.
If your cancellation is within the 45 days you are responsible for finding a replacement or for the cost of the
weekend.

| The Location The Scrapbook Resort Cabin in Pine Mountain, Ca is approximately 90 minutes from Los Angeles or Ventura. From Santa Clarita or Bakersfield, approximately 45 minutes. Pine Mountain is a resort community with a mild four season climate with breathtaking scenery and a quaint small town of antique shops, boutiques and restaurants.
